2009 has been a good Free Flight year, for the summer we have just completed the Slim Zeek by Dan Sobala for Nostalgia or Vintag FAI. Earlier this year we added the T-Bird. Both the 408 and a short kit of the 600., and the Country Boy for 2010 One-Design competition

Teaming with Paul Bradley, BMJR has completed our 1st 1/2 sized Classic R/C pattern ships; Ed Kazmirsik's Orion from 1960 and the Taurus from 1963

BMJR also returned to our modeling roots with our first of hopefully many "control line" kits; the 1952 International Stunt Champ by Lloyd Curtis. Like free flight these are models we built as kids and can now enjoy again. REDUCE-THE-STRESS-OF-THE-CHASE. We now have in stock an affordable system we have used with success in finding models we didn’t get a good line on, or didn’t see land. We have gotten a signal from models still in the air OOS, loosing it on the ground and regaining as we got close. Most of our experience has been in about 1/4 mile, usually in tall grass or brush. BMJR was founded in 1996 with focus on Free Flight; specifically Nostalgia and Old Time Models. We support the National Free flight Society (NFFS), Society of Antique Modelers (SAM), and Flying Aces Club (FAC), providing Laser Cut kits for one-design competitions, and are continually expanding our line of Free Flight Models
